Day 8 Go Lower, thoughts mostly based on hunger

It is almost 9pm and I have been hungry for a couple of hours now.

I have a bit of chicken left but I’ll save it for nearer bedtime.

Bored of this and hungry, bored of being hungry, bored bored bored.

Day 8 Go Lower dinner

Aha, the support people on the forum say it can take 9 days to go into ketosis, so one day to go hopefully! Have to go and get some ham or something from the butchers tomorrow.

I had the beef in red wine (can’t spell the fancy name) with a nice load of veg, ahh lovely vegetables, leeks, spinach, cabbage, green beans and asparagus. Yum yum yum.  I had dinner at 5pm because I was getting stupidly hungry, despite snacking on leftover chicken. Hungry to the point of not being able to concentrate on anything. I read the Alid Xmas catalog whilst I was eating my dinner – cake porn!

Day 8 – Golower phone call with nutritionalist

I have a log into the members area now, but most of them seem to be not hungry. I spoke to Emily Maguire  who is a Go Lower Nutritionist and she said not to cut out veg but to cut back on cheese as a snack as it has milk carbs in it, go for chicken instead.

So, at half two today, bloody ravenous after soup lunch at noon I had another chewy bar and a few bites of roast chicken left over from last night.

If I bring the veg back into my life my skin will be happier.

Still hungry, demoralised and so pissed off that I have stuck to it perfectly but my clothes are tighter.

Day 8, Go Lower dinner and mood

I am not having snacks today, it is just making me fatter.

Lunch was the mushroom soup which I like, in a flask, at school.

I’m going to have some veg with dinner tonight, but I am convinced that cutting down on veg is not a healthy thing to do.

I have been trying to get a log on for the Go Lower members site to see if anyone has any idea what I am doing wrong there. Go Lower are not getting back to me about it though.

Day 8 Go Lower, 32.5 inch waist, spots and hunger

Getting bigger, getting spotty.

Not happy

Breakfast was clusters and berries and yohgurt and a cup of tea.
