Day 6 dinner and thoughts

Well, day 6, and I am glowing with health, hair shining away, energy levels very good.

But no ‘dramatic weight loss’, if anything my clothes are tighter.

Today I have eaten:
2 boiled eggs, cup of tea
go lower protein bar
steak and fried egg, coffee, 2 go lower chocolate brazils
another bar
Go lower chickenless bits in blue cheese sauce with extra cheese
4 pints of water

I could eat the same again, with no problem and I suspect I would still feel unsatisfied.

I miss veg. I miss green crunchy things. I miss crunchy things alltogether actually.

Day 6 lunch and snack

11am Go Lower raspberry bar as I was hungry
1pm fried steak and fried egg and coffee with 2 Go Lower chocolate brazils. I am trying to boost my protein levels so no veg today.

The Go Lower guidelines about veg are a bit fluffy, there is a list of seasonal veg recommended as accompanyments, which is good but it is unclear whether the quantities are portions or what to buy for the week.

Half a cabbage does not sound like a portion to me, nor do 2 courgettes, but a handful of green beans or a handful of rocket does.

My insides feel better, don’t know if it is because the last 2 big meals I had were home cooked or because I am getting used to it all. I’ll have something from a Go Lower sachet for tea and see if it makes a difference.

I would like to eat a massive great bit of crusty bread straight from the oven with lashings of butter and honey, but I won’t.

Day 6 – think I am putting on weight

I feel great, my skin is glowing, my hair is shining but my clothes are tighter and I had a proper poo, though I still feel clogged up.
2 boiled eggs for breakfast.
