Day 5 snacks etc
I have had 2 snack bars today, and a couple of chunks of cheese, 3 pints of water and tea and coffee. I wasnt hungry until about half 7 this eve.
I am really looking forward to dinner.
Am still farting like a demon. Can poo but not much, still feel bloated.

Day 5 dinner and new strategy
Dinner was leftover omellete from last night and a chocolate chewy bar (from the new batch sent over as I shouldn’t be hungry).
I am still hungry and basically unsatisfied so for the next 4 days Hannah suggests I have 2 eggs for breakfast and cut down on lovely lovely vegetables, boo hoo. This is to up my protein levels to induce ketosis.
Steak for tea tonight!

Day 5 breakast and measurements
Breakfast of clusters, berries (Aldi sell them frozen, very delicious), soya milk and pro biotic yoghurt at 8am.
I am pooing again, but often now, still have a bloated feeling.
I haven’t measured myself because I have about 8 layers on and no intention of taking them of again until bedtime!
