What food not to eat on the Go Lower diet
This is the list of no nos:
Potatos
Carrots
Swede
Turnip
Onion
Sweet Potato
Rice
Pasta
Cereals
Bread
Any fruit other than berries but the occasional apple or pear is ok
Sugar (including fruit juice)
Pulses (ok in moderation after you reach target weight)
In essence:
Green leafy veg are ok
Nuts and seeds are ok
Starchy foods are bad
Sugars are bad
Most fruit is bad
Pulses are bad now, ok later.
No drinks with sugar in
Red wine in moderation
No white whine, rose, cider or beer
Vodka or whisky are ok in moderation
Drink 8 pints of water a day
cut back on tea and coffee

Delivery tomorrow instead
An apology for keeping me waiting in all day would have been nice. Tomorrow is not a great day for a delivery as I am out.

Midday
Nothing from the postie yet so I have had yoghurt for breakast and cheese scones I made with sprog for lunch.

If it arrives today…..
If the new boxes arrive today, I will start it today. I was going to put if off until Thursday but I can eat chewy bars at the market stall and keep warm on coffee. Things keep turning up that make me want to put it off but it will always be like that so I might as well start. I am eating a lot of cakes and pizzas as ‘last suppers’ at the moment. Time to stop.
However, if it does not turn up today I will finish off the plum pudding from yesterday!
