What was in the boxes?

I’ll start on Thursday!

My different box (less cream and cheese) will arrive on Tuesday and I will start the Go Lower diet on Thursday – I have a day working on a market stall on Wednesday and we don’t stop for lunch. So Wednesday eve will be my last supper with yummy carbs for a while.

This is what I normally eat

Breakfast -muesli, nuts, soya yoghurt, soya milk, tea or egg and toast

Lunch – salad, baked potato, tahini/hoummus, tea or oven chips and salad

Dinner – curry, dahl, rice or bread, wine or beer or a thick vegi soup with bread

Snacks – oatcakes and peanut butter, cake, oranges, biccies…….
